Terms and Conditions of Use

  • The S Mobile user, hereby, accepts that the use of the information provided is at his own risk.
  • S Mobile notifications and push notifications are downloaded via an internet connection. The user has sole responsibility for any problem that may arise in the connection.
  • Incorrect operation or incorrect communication channel or communication failure due to theprovider may cause the alarm to fail to communicate with the S Mobile application. As a result, the user knows in advance that he cannot receive signals when there is no Internet connection available.
  • Sigma Security does not guarantee that the information available is always correct. Despite the continuous improvements made to S Mobile, the user should always take into account the possibility of incorrect or deferred information.
  • Sigma Security assumes no responsibility in the event of sabotage or malfunctioning of the telephone network or the telephone service provider, resulting in the removal of the communication capability of the alarm system with the S Mobile application and consequently the non-reception of signals, events or push notifications.
  • In the event of burglary in the protected area with simultaneous sabotage – cutting of the telephone line or neutralizing the IXION IP backup device, S Mobile will not receive a signal and, of course, Sigma Security assumes no responsibilityfor any damages or losses that might occur in the protected area.
  • No liability for compensation of damages exists from Sigma Security to the S Mobile user for any reason or cause.
  • In no case, shall Sigma Security or any person involved in the provision of information be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of the S Mobile application.
  • The user hereby, accepts that this disclaimer applies to all the information available through the S Mobile application.
  • This disclaimer applies to any damage that may be caused by any error or lack of information, interruption, or delay in providing the information.
  • The S Mobileuser accepts that Sigma Security can use a variety of technologies that collect information about how the application is accessed and used. This information may include IP address of the user, the types of devices he is using, unique device ID, device attributes, network connection type (e.g., WiFi, 3G, LTE) and provider, network and device performance, language, operating system, and S Mobile application version. The purpose of collecting, using and processing the above information is to provide the services offered through the S Mobile application. The information communicated by the user via the S Mobile application to Sigma Security is collected and is used and processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection provisions.
  • These Terms and Agreement cancels any previous agreement. For any dispute arising from the present, the courts of Athens are competent.
